Irish Poker Tour Announces Initial 2026 Schedule
It has been a fantastic year for the Irish Poker Tour, and 2026 is already shaping up to be the best year yet. The initial stops have been confirmed — make sure you check out the IPT website for ways to qualify and follow all the action as always at Live Poker Updates.
“These are just the opening stops for 2026,” said Irish Poker Tour founder Fintan Gavin. “We’ll be rolling out more dates throughout the year, including at least one UK stop in the second quarter and a sunshine destination in June. Players can also expect bigger guarantees at selected festivals—some will be truly massive. At its core, the Irish Poker Tour has always been about grassroots poker—creating festivals that offer great value, a vibrant atmosphere, and the kind of experience players genuinely love.”
Galway Poker Festival — The Galmont — January 6–11, 2026
We kick off the year on the edge of Galway Bay. A fan favourite for its mix of serious poker and classic craic, Galway sets the tone for a big year ahead.
Limerick €30K in a Day — Castletroy Hotel — January 24, 2026
A one-day sprint with €30,000 guaranteed. Fast structures, fierce fields, and that trademark Castletroy buzz.
Munster Poker Festival — Charleville Park — January 30–February 2, 2026
Community vibes meet competitive poker in the heart of Munster, where players can expect warm hospitality, great value across the schedule, and a €100,000 GTD Munster Main Event.
€100K for €100 — The Green Isle — March 12–15, 2026
Back by popular demand: a headline value event offering a €100,000 guarantee for a €100 buy-in — always a massive draw.
The Monster — The Green Isle — April 29–May 4, 2026
A Green Isle blockbuster, known for its huge fields and deep runs, it’s a centrepiece of the IPT calendar — and this year the guarantee will be even more monstrous.
Summer in Dublin — The Green Isle — July, 2026
Sunshine (fingers crossed), stacks, and a feel-good festival that brings out both fresh faces and familiar champions.
Killarney Poker Festival — The Gleneagle — September, 2026
The jewel of the Tour. Poker at the iconic Gleneagle, wrapped in breathtaking scenery — more than a festival, it’s an experience.
Dublin Winter Festival — The Green Isle — November, 2026
These are only the initial stops — more will be added in due time over the course of the year.
