London Poker Festival – Day 2 Wrap

Day 2 of the London Poker Festival at Genting Casino Stratford saw another strong turnout as players took to the felt for the £125 Daily NLH event. A total of 24 entries (19 entries + 5 re-entries) built a £3,000 prize pool, with five players making the money after an intense battle deep into the night.

It was Una Kelly who emerged victorious after a competitive final table, claiming the title and £1,750 following an adjusted deal. Una is a regular with the Irish Poker Tour and we couldn’t be happier for her. Great start for the Irish in London. Jack Zhou took home £1,450 for second place, while Keith Hoang secured third for £950.

The top five rounded out with Anon earning £700, and Tianle Sui collecting £150 for fifth following a five-way payout adjustment.

London Poker Festival – Mystery Bounty Day 1C Recap

The energy at Genting Casino Stratford remained electric on Day 1C of the £200+£160 Mystery Bounty, as another strong field turned out in pursuit of a deep run and those all-important envelopes.

Flight 1C attracted 49 total entries, adding £9,800 to the prize pool and £7,840 to the bounty pool — impressive numbers as the event heads into its later flights.

When the final hands were dealt, it was Fadil Isufi who bagged the biggest stack of the session, sealing 421,000 chips to lead the 1C survivors. Not far behind were Mindy Tumewu (332,000) and Alberto Speranozi (176,000), with several others advancing to Day 2 in good shape.

Main Event Day 1A Recap

The spotlight turned to the £400 Main Event at Genting Casino Stratford, as the flagship tournament of the London Poker Festival officially got underway.

Day 1A drew 21 entries in what was a lively opening flight filled with deep play, big pots, and plenty of early fireworks.

When the chips were bagged at the end of the night, it was James Parker who finished as the clear chip leader, building an impressive 572,000 stack after a dominant showing at the tables. Michael Isiguzo also finished strong with 268,000, putting himself in a solid position heading into Day 2.
