Jason Tompkins Joins the Irish Poker Tour Team

The Irish Poker Tour is delighted to announce that Jason Tompkins has been appointed to the role of Tour Manager and will take up his new position in early January.

Jason has been a high-profile successful poker player for over 15 years. Throughout the industry, he has earned a solid reputation as a straight shooter whilst building up a very impressive poker-playing resume. More recently he has gained valuable experience promoting and operating successful live poker events. The player/operator combination is a perfect fit for the new face of the Irish Poker Tour.

This major appointment will see Jason will take on overall responsibility for the operation of all tournaments on the busy Irish Poker Tour schedule. He will ensure that the current industry-leading standards of overall player experience are maintained and enhanced as the Irish Poker Tour continues to bring world-class poker to all parts of Ireland and beyond.

As Tour Manager, Jason will be a constant presence at all our events and will always be available to deal with any player issues or suggestions.

The staggering growth of Irish Poker Tour needs to be matched with characters that have the talent to incorporate new ideas and exciting perspectives into realities. Jason’s worldwide poker experience, combined with his hands-on knowledge of tournament production will make this new addition to our team an outstanding success.
